The committee met on Thursday 16th June.
We are only a few weeks away from Ferry Fair week, starting 7th August. Lots of final decisions to be made.
The programme has been proofed and the final version will be with us by the end of this month and there is some great content so well worth getting it. Look out for it in all the local outlets. This year's programme is being produced by Alistair Pryde of words and pictures again.
Raffle tickets have been ordered and will be on sale shortly. The main prize being donated by Dundas Estate is a night's stay in the Dundas Boat House. Champagne dinner for two donated by The Boat house restaurant. Anyone able to offer a raffle prize please contact raffle@ferryfair.co.uk.
We are looking for entries for the parade if you have walked/driven in the parade before or fancy doing it this year then please drop an email to Parade@ferryfair.co.uk.
The committee have held two dress events for people looking for a dress for Ferry Fair. This was really well attended and some people left with beautiful dresses.
We are still looking for entries for "Ferry Talented", Showcasing some of our young talent in South Queensferry. If you have a young person interested please email anne-marie@ferryfair.co.uk.
Ferry Fair quiz night was held by David Steel and raised a fantastic amount of £587, well done David and Allan. David will be doing another quiz night on July 29th 7pm in the Bowling Club again for anyone who would like to attend.
