Plans for this August

Jun 18, 2021
1 min read

The Committee have to advise the community that unfortunately the fair on Saturday 7th & 14th August will not be able to go ahead on the High Street as we had hoped. This has been a very difficult decision and has not been taken lightly either. As you will understand the Scottish Government Guidelines change all the time as we might do through the levels and therefore managing expectation is difficult.

We are planning both crowning’s at a secure location which we hope to stream live. We also plan to have the respective courts tour the Burgh after the crowning ceremonies, more details will follow on that.

We have had a lot of support over the years from local organisations and businesses and we will be in touch.
