As a digital UX analyst in the UK, I evaluate the seamless navigation of fast-loading platforms like fish and spins for user retention studies. It’s heavy screen work! Reading about the CCW tracker findings is definitely eye-opening. It is no surprise that customer sentiment in the UK water sector has hit record lows given recent controversies. Utility companies must prioritize transparent communication and better service to finally rebuild this lost public trust.
