Purpose
The purpose of the Ferry Fair 100 Club is to raise funds for the Ferry Fair. These funds can be used in any way that the committee deem appropriate to pay for any cost associated with the Ferry Fair.
 
Terms and Conditions
1. Participants must be over 18 years of age.
2. The cost of participating in the Ferry Fair 100 Club is £1 per number. 
3. Multiple numbers are limited to 3 per person.
4. Numbers (between 1 and 100) will be allocated as payments are received, and no guarantee can be given for any chosen number.
5. Subscriber’s names and numbers will be published on our website.
6. Sign up is for 12 months, paid in advance and subscription will auto renew on an annual basis from the card details provided
7. No refunds will be offered for subscription cancelled part way through the year.
8. The first draw will take place when the club is fully subscribed and will run for 12 consecutive months.
9. The winning number each month will receive £50 with £50 each month going to Ferry Fair.
10. The winning number will be selected on the last day of each month.
11. A Random Number generator will be used to select this number, in front of an independent witness.
12. Winners will be contacted within 3 days of draw to agree method of payment.
13. The surname and number for each month’s winner will be posted on the Ferry Fair website and social media accounts.
14. If a winner cannot be contacted, winnings will revert to Ferry Fair Festival Committee after 3 months.
15. The Promoter of the 100 Club is the Ferry Fair Festival Committee.
16. The Ferry Fair 100 Club is a small society lottery (registered with City of Edinburgh Council).
17. The Ferry Fair 100 Club will be run by Ferry Fair Festival Committee and in the event of any dispute the decision of the committee is fin
